Desia (https://desia.ai/) is a London-based startup transforming how financial professionals access and use data. We are building a system of intelligence empowered by AI-driven automation and analytics: a category-defining product that supercharges users to extract knowledge and put it to work.
Backed by top international venture funds and a stellar group of angel investors, we are a team of technologists and founders with experience in building AI products (@Advent International) and scaling unicorns (@Scalapay).
We are currently looking for rockstars to join our core team. Together, we will build DESIA from the ground up and establish it as the global leader in financial intelligence.

DESIA operates on a remote-first basis across Europe, with the team working in GMT hours for synchronization. Our founding team works from an office in London, and while working there isn't mandatory, everyone is invited to join.
Your responsibilities
Join us in the role of AI Developer/ MLOps Engineer (LLM) and play a crucial part in developing our AI-driven knowledge management product. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development of new generative AI features and addressing complex problems, such as multi-hop question answering and interacting with symbolic systems.
- Building Semantic Knowledge Graph along with other engineers that powers the unique value proposition.
- Working within a small, dynamic team that promotes maximum autonomy and encourages rapid innovation.
- Collaborating across various functions to identify business needs and customizing AI solutions to meet these requirements.
- Enhancing AI models and infrastructure for better performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and techniques to drive continuous innovation.
